Who We Are
PPRI is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization incorporated in 2002 to provide planning and consulting services to public and non-profit organizations. We specialize in land use planning, housing and community development, conservation, and municipal management and decision-making.
The Founder and Executive Director, Ezra Haber Glenn, AICP, has over 30 years experience in housing, community development, public participation, master planning, and local land use permitting. He has worked as both a municipal planner and a planning consultant and has maintained an active practice with PPRI since leaving municipal employment in 2007 to teach in city planning and community development in MIT’s Department of Urban Studies and Planning.
